Finally!  Our loan approval is done but the underwriters insist on gaining the Fidelity Insurance warranty on the condo association available soonest Mar 1...so a few extra days to finalize the underwriting "process" and we are good to go.  Again don't understand the inflexibility to wait until March 1 to spin the cog but was explained as a Fannie Mae requirement...AHHH!  So we are set for 9 Mar for closing...for now!
